Q: Is that factory price?

Q: Can you print our logos on the membrane structure?        

Yes, customized logos can be print on the fabric according to your requirements.

Q: Does your membrane structure be able to install repeatedly?

Our membrane structure can be assembled and dismantled repeatedly with small transportation size. 

The lifespan of steel structure can reach 50 years, and 22-25 years for PVDF Ferrari fabrics depending on different conditions of usage.

Q: What documents are available?     

A full range documents, including structural drawings, packing list,installation manual and relative certificates can be provided; further more, customs declaration is provided. This is an one- stop service for you.

Q: Is your membrane structure strong and stable enough? How about the wind loading and snow loading?     

Steel structure, foundation and membrane of three parts, each of the membrane structure are tailored, according to the actual size and shape of the structure calculation, and then we do the design.

Wind load: max. 120km/h (can be reinforced).

Snow load: 95kg/sqm.

so our membrane structure is safe and strong and can resist wind up to 120 km/hr and snow load up to 95kg/sqm.

Q: How long is the warranty period?

Guarantee fifteen years. During the warranty period, we shall repair or replace the damaged part accordingly because of any damage due to quality problem.
